Certified industrial silencers for extraction systems

Industrial dust extraction and air extraction systemscan generate noise pollution due to fan operation, the movement of air through the ductwork, and the conveyance of materials and particles. Industrial silencers help reduce the noise generated by these systems by attenuating the sound of moving air and minimising its propagation to the outside.

Modular silencers for industrial installations

ROS DUCTING modular silencersare designed to be integrated into air extraction and industrial dust extraction systems. They consist of two tubes or elbows of different diameters, fitted one inside the other and separated by sound insulation material.

The inner tube or elbow is made from perforated sheet metal, which helps attenuate sound waves as air passes through. In addition, the modular design makes it easier to adapt the silencers to different ductwork configurations and the space available in each installation.

Silencers certified to EN ISO 11691:2010

ROS DUCTING modular silencers are certified by APPLUS laboratory in accordance with EN ISO 11691:2010, which specifies a laboratory measurement method for evaluating the insertion loss of ducted silencers.
