ROS DUCTING stainless steel ducting: resistance, precision and quality

At ROS Ducting, in addition to galvanised steel ducts, we manufacture stainless steel ducts to the highest quality standards, designed to guarantee durability, corrosion resistance and an impeccable finish.

We use high-precision laser welding to weld our ducts, manufactured in thicknesses of 0.6 and 0.8 mm, depending on the diameter of the product. We also offer, on demand, items made from stainless steel in thicknesses of 1 and 1.2 mm for applications requiring greater robustness. Our standard products are manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel, ideal for most industrial environments, such as the food and pharmaceutical industries. Upon request, we also manufacture in AISI 316, mainly for applications with saline or acidic environments that require a higher resistance to oxidative corrosion.

Our standard diameters range from ø80 mm to ø1000 mm, although we can manufacture up to ø1500 mm. This flexibility, coupled with excellent value for money, makes us the ideal partner for demanding industrial projects.

The main applications of products made of stainless steel are:

- Food and pharmaceutical industries: due to their high resistance to corrosion and ease of cleaning, necessary to comply with hygienic-sanitary regulations.

- Humid or aggressive environments: such as chemical plants, sewage treatment plants or coastal areas, where galvanising would not be sufficient.

- Processes with high temperatures or corrosive gases, as AISI 304 or 316 maintains its properties under demanding conditions.

- Installations where long-term durability is required without frequent maintenance.
